Need To Return your item
Not loving the Trend? No problem.
You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the order back from the customer.
Your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.
How To Return
UK Returns -
Package up your return and please enclose your paper invoice in the parcel or a note with your Name, order ID and email address. Please clearly state the items you are returning and mark on the paper invoice the return code reason.
All UK orders include a returns label, this is a loose label not attached to the invoice. Simply stick it on your parcel and drop it off at your local post office. We will refund the transaction amount minus a £3.50 handling charge. Please ensure you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us.
International Returns -
Package up your return and please enclose your paper invoice in the parcel or a note with your Name, order ID and email address. Please clearly state the items you are returning and mark on the paper invoice the return code reason.
Write our return address on the parcel and return with your chosen courier. We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery. We will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.

Please take extra care when trying your items on.
Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced.
Please ensure that swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.
We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery, so the item can be tracked. Want That Trend will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting, or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team via Facebook as soon as possible.
Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
Please note Sale items or clearance stock purchased online are eligible for store credit only. Please ensure an account is made via our website for the store credit to be applied.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or via our Facebook page within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale
If you cancel your contract we will:
Refund you the price you paid for the goods. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted. See above for information about what handling is acceptable.
